Your lashes will be refilled back to the original set applied. Must have 40% of lashes from original set.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% non refundable booking fee for all appointments. The client will have the option to change their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. All appointments balance must be paid in full before you schedule additional appointment. If there is a previous balance on your account, your balance must be paid prior to making an appointment. If not, the booking fee will be added to your delinquent balance. Any cancellations/ changed appointment time LESS than 24 hours will require you to pay for the full service. This balance must be paid before client schedule future appointments. Failure to pay the remaining balance within 48 hours will result in a band for service. Appointments being cancelled due to client booking the incorrect appointment will result is lost of booking fee and the client will be charged in full for the service booked. If you meant to book another staff member you can change your appointment online within 48 hours. If you are unable to change, please contact us @ 757-753-5745 Arriving 10 minutes late for an appointment will automatically cancel the service for the day and you will be charged 100% of service charge... Clients will be responsible for rescheduling their appointment after cancellation of prior appointment.
