Cancelation Policy

There is a 50% non refundable fee for all appointments. The client will have the option to change their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Cancelled appointment will be allowed once per year w/out being required to book the service at the full cost. Same day cancellation will result in full charge for the service. This balance must be paid before client schedule future appointments. Appointments being cancelled due to client booking the incorrect appointment will result is lost of deposit for service. If you meant to book another staff member you can change your appointment online within 48 hours. If you are unable to change, please contact us @ 757-753-5745 Arriving 10 minutes late for an appointment will automatically cancel the service for the day and you will be charged 100% of service charge... Clients will be responsible for rescheduling their appointment after cancellation of prior appointment.
